I’m Carrie Watson, an employability consultant and coach, and founder of Campaign Careers and I help young people start and develop their careers. With nearly ten years of experience, I support clients through the job search process, offering practical and morale-boosting guidance to help them secure a role in 2025.

Career consultancy and coaching go hand in hand. Consultancy involves enhancing CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and job application strategies, while coaching focuses on personal growth, confidence, and decision-making. I work with individuals seeking commercial or non-commercial roles, and those with entrepreneurial aspirations.
