1. Booking and Payment: A £100 deposit is required in advance for all two or four-hour packages. The balance is due at the end of the package, and full payment must be made within two weeks of completing the services. Invoices will be generated for both deposit and balance payments. 

2. Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, you will be charged the full appointment fee. 

3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. 

4. Refunds: No refunds will be issued once a session has been completed or if the appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. 

5. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during your consultation will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. Please see our Privacy Policy on data protection.
